Seneca Builders is dedicated to exceeding our customer’s expectations for quality, timeliness and value while maintaining a high standard of safety and performance. We are committed to building strong, lasting relationships based on integrity and consideration with our clients, subcontractors, and employees.
Who We Are:
We are an independent small Berkeley family based construction company. Bob Rugo, founder and owner, has lived and worked in Berkeley for over 25 years as a General Contractor. Danielle Rugo, Bob's daughter, has been working with Seneca Builders for over 6 years as lead carpenter and CFO. Together with Nikhil Sridhar, we do "hands on" remodeling primarily in the East Bay. Because we are a small company, we can give our customers focused, on track, and on budget service. The person you speak to about your vision, a concern or change is the same person who is building your addition or remodel. This allows less opportunity for the project to get lost in translation. We are able to do all phases of a construction project. On larger jobs we have a cadre of competent, trusted, professional subcontractors with whom we have built relationships over many years. Our goal is to bring our projects in on time and on budget with our clients left feeling happy they made the leap. |
